• Offsite - Up to the attendees to select the type of place they are looking to stay at. 
• Single occupancy queen bed with shared bathroom - A private bedroom area with a Queen Bed in it and a bathroom shared with another room of the same layout
• Single occupancy queen bed private bathroom - A full private room with a Queen bed and a private bathroom.
• Luxury single occupancy queen bed, private bathroom: A bigger full private room with Queen bed and a private bathroom.
• Triple occupancy single bed with shared bathroom - 3 Single beds in one area with a shared bathroom for the room.

**The Early Bird discount does not apply to Off-Site option.

•  spaces are available for those who want to attend the daily activities of the retreat but want to book their own space to sleep.
• This option includes your meals, attending the retreat, and use of the hotel amenities during the retreat.
• You will need to book your room in the town of  Dominical de Osa, Costa Rica.

• A deposit of $1000 USD is required to hold your spot.
• You have 5 days or 120 hours to change your mind.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• The balance owed can be split into 3 payments due in 3 months, 2 months, and 1 month before the start of the retreat.
• If at anytime prior to one month before the retreat you wish to pay the entire balance, just let us know.

IF YOU ARE NOT STAYING AT DANYASA

- There are 4 spots available for those who prefer to stay at a different accommodation that is not Danyasa.

- The fees paid to Zoe Jakes for the retreat include transportation to and from the retreat. 

- You are responsible for any fees associated with your accommodation and activities outside the retreat site. 

 

• A deposit of $500 is required to hold your spot.
• You can email the team at [email protected] with the lodging option you are looking to place a hold on.
• If you do not send the email, the team will reach out to you within 24 hours (business days) after your $500 deposit to request information on your lodging option.
• After the $500 deposit, the remaining amount will be split into 4 payments that can be done every month and a half and up to 2 months between each payment.
• Each of the 4 payments will have an extra admin processing fee of $25.
• The spot needs to be fully paid 2 months before the retreat takes place at the latest.
• Early bird discount while available can be applied to those using the payment plan option.
• The Early Bird discount does not apply to those looking to use the payment plan for booking the Off-Site lodging option.

• As of December 2022 here is what we know. Rules are subject to change at any time by government decisions.
• Covid test is required upon arrival. This can be any covid test brought from home, over the counter or the hotel can schedule one for you. 
• Please refer to your country of origin and return for the latest covid testing or vaccination requirements before travel.

 

• Do I need to bring cash? - Yes! You will want to have some cash-on-hand. There is one ATM machine a few miles away from the hotel.
• What airport do I fly into? - You can fly to San Jose (Juan Santamaria International Airport – SJO) which is a 3-hour drive to the retreat center in Dominical or you can take a connecting flight from the international airport to the Quepos/ Manuel Antonio (Managua Airport, XQP) which makes the driving to the retreat only a 30 minutes drive.
• Can we arrive early or stay longer? - Sure! You can contact Danyasa directly to arrange any additional room nights.
