TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Zoe Jakes, LLC ("Zoe Jakes Annual DanceCraft Certification", "we", "us" or "our") welcomes you to its website https://online.zoejakes.com/dancecraft-certification and any other websites owned and operated by us now and in the future (the "Sites").  Our Sites contain, among other things, information regarding our Annual DanceCraft Certification Program and various related services. Use of our products, software, services, and Sites (referred to collectively as the "Services") by our visitors and members (collectively, “You” or “Your”) is subject to these terms and conditions (the "Terms of Use") and form a binding agreement between You and us. Please review the following Terms of Use carefully. Each time You access the Sites or use the Services, You are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use. If You do not agree to all of these Terms of Use, Zoe Jakes Annual DanceCraft Certification Program is unwilling to grant You access to the Sites or Services, and You must cease access to the Sites and Services immediately.

By paying your down payment or full payment for the annual DanceCraft Certification Program I agree to the following terms and conditions.

Certification Program:

  • Refunds for any DanceCraft Certification Workshop are available for 5 days, or 120 hours after purchase. No refunds will be accepted after this period of time.

  • Fees for the certification test will be paid at the end of the level. You must take part in all the live classes according to each level.

  • Each level has a different tuition range and limited spots are available for the payment plan option. 

  • LBGTQ+, BIPOC, and MENHAT options are available to those who need them.

  • No phones are allowed on the dancefloor or during class during the training. Any calls must be answered outside the studio if necessary.

  • To take the test to be certificated you are required to attend all the classes live whether is online or in person for the level you have signed up for. 

  • Fees for the certification test will be paid at the end of the level and after ensuring you have taken part in all the live classes according to each level.

  • For online international students in a much different time zone (over 5 hours)  in order to qualify for the certification test you must be online with us during the ENTIRE morning session, no exceptions. You will have access to the recordings to watch throughout the duration of the intensive and must watch all classes before testing.

  • For those taking the certification for Teacher Training, it is required to do the CEC's (Continuing Education Credits) once per year to retain your certificate.  You can either retest or repeat the Diamonds, Spades, or Clubs intensives for your CEC's.

  • Any photos or videos taken by Zoe Jakes or any of the DanceCraft team members can be used as promotional material in the future.

 

DanceCraft All-Inclusive Retreat: 

  • Refunds for the DanceCraft All-Inclusive Retreat are available for 5 days, or 120 hours after purchase. No refunds will be accepted after this period of time.
